Jeff Greenberg is a successful high-tech entrepreneur who has launched 2 thriving startups. He founded Hiperwall with 2 partners who built the company’s product, while he was CEO and did everything else, including sales, marketing, customer support, finance, staffing and more. He grew the company into a global multi-million-dollar business with customers in 60 countries around the world. Today, he retains a seat on the board of directors and spends most of his time helping other entrepreneurs achieve similar success.
He began his career as a software engineer, working for large enterprises like McDonnell Douglass, Toshiba, Canon and Xerox, as well as startup Dayflo, named software company of the year by PC Magazine. Over time, he transitioned to a technical marketing role, then through product management, brand management, strategic planning and eventually into general management. In 2000 he shifted his focus to the world of hi-tech startups. Since that time, he has worked for emerging companies as a consultant, advisor, or founder.
Besides being an active entrepreneur, Mr. Greenberg is an international startup coach and teaches a variety of innovation and startup classes at Cal State Fullerton UC Irvine and Irvine Valley College. He holds multiple patents and is a published author whose work has appeared in preeminent publications such as PC Magazine, U.S., News & World Report, PC Computing and Digital Signage Magazine. The foundation of Mr. Greenberg’s strengths is a strong educational background that includes a B.S. in computer science from Rutgers University, an M.S. in computer science from U.C. Irvine and an MBA from the executive program at Pepperdine University.

Chris Gala is a seasoned professional in the technology industry, with a rich background in software engineering and user interface development. He has played pivotal roles at industry giants like Amazon and CoStar Group, where his contributions significantly enhanced user experiences and drove substantial revenue growth. His technical acumen, coupled with a strong foundation in Computer Science, has allowed him to excel in creating solutions that not only meet stringent product requirements but also support diverse user needs.
Recently, Chris has ventured into entrepreneurship with the founding of Arrow Equity, where he focuses on acquiring and operating micro apps. His work in supporting new & existing customers, streamlining tooling and publishing content has resulted in improved operations, showcasing his ability to adapt and thrive in the fast-paced world of entrepreneurship.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Chris is deeply committed to giving back to the UC Irvine community. As a board member of the ICS Alumni Chapter, he is passionate about connecting with current students and offering guidance and support. He regularly engages in alumni events and networking opportunities, fostering a strong sense of community and helping the next generation of Computer Science professionals navigate their careers. Chris's dedication to mentorship and community involvement underscores his belief in the importance of nurturing talent and giving back to the institutions that helped shape his career.

Kerri Fung graduated from the Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Science in 1988. After a career in IT in the finance industry, Kerri currently works at the non-profit Irvine Public Schools Foundation, striving to give tomorrow's leaders the best possible education.
UCI has provided Kerri with an excellent education that continues to serve her well in addition to lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and continuous learning opportunities. She enjoys doing what she can to pay forward some of what she has gained from the UCI community.

Jimar Garcia has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.
Jimar is currently working at Genus Technologies as a Practice Director, a role they started in December 2022.
Previously, Jimar worked at UC Irvine, where they held multiple positions. Jimar served as the President of the ICS Alumni Chapter in the UCI Alumni Association. Jimar also held the role of Vice President in the same chapter. Jimar'stenure at UC Irvine started in 2019 and continues till now.
Before joining UC Irvine, Jimar was the President of HatchWork Solutions, a company dedicated to helping businesses improve their revenue, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve compliance. Jimar started their tenure there in January 2013 and is still actively involved in the role.
Prior to that, Jimar worked at AIIM International as the President of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter from July 2016 to June 2018. The chapter focuses on inspiring, motivating, and educating members to improve their use of information.
Jimar's experience also includes a role at Eccentex Corporation, where they served as the Director of Product Management. Jimar was responsible for leading the product management for their dynamic case management platform, AppBase. This role lasted from March 2012 to November 2012.
Before that, Jimar worked at Kofax, Inc. for several years. During their time there, they held multiple positions, including Senior Product Manager, Manager of Professional Services, Senior Consultant of Professional Services, and Software Engineer. Jimar'sroles at Kofax involved driving product vision, making key decisions, managing product development and consulting teams, and delivering software solutions for customers.
Jimar's career began at UC Irvine, where they served as a Discussion Leader in the School of Information and Computer Sciences from September 1999 to June 2000.
Jimar Garcia attended UC Irvine from 1998 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Science. In addition to their degree, they have completed various certifications throughout their career.
